Yes. The villain screwing the blonde gyaru gets killed by the transformed red haired superheroine's "Crimson Break" attac. The pink haired girl had witnessed the attack in terror, and is very impressed by the red haired girl. She realizes the importance of power, and starts desiring powers for herself. Unfortunately, her desire is heard by the little evil ball thing on page 38, who offers her power... for a price, in a Faustian bargain. It transforms her into a magical girl, but then quickly takes the power away, telling her that she'll have to build up magical energy in order to use the power. She has to get this loser energy by, amazingly, being fucked, and it starts her down a path of corruption.
