She is cosplaying Misao Makimachi?

I remember that in her first appearance in the anime Rurouni Kenshin she wore a cloak, but I'm not sure.

In any case, the cosplay looks good with the snowy environment.

Well CrossD as Cyprusnight said this is a cosplay of the manga Azumi, which was adapted in a couple of live action movies. The manga is interesting and at least the first movie is pretty decent.
