Does anyone know the gist of this story? Is MC trying to get MH back? Cause, why?

This is based on the story of a rather old H game (before 2000 I believe) called Desire, from C's ware. There is an US release too.
I guess the author picked this game because in the original story Makoto is netorared too, just not as heavy as this one.
