Since you're clearly obsessed I have to ask if you've looked into implementing HDT physics into nipple penetration. Maybe try your hand at making a custom skeleton that gives the lipples articulation. If you did then you could do a lot more than just post gallery after gallery of static posing, and the lipples would actually do something.
