They used to work together and were screwing despite him having a different girlfriend. Cut to some time later where she's quit her job, gotten married, and is expecting a baby. He ends up delivering a baby-shower gift on behalf of their old department. But as it turns out, right before she left the company, she sent his girlfriend evidence that he was cheating on her, and they broke up right after. Her husband is out of town for a week, so he decides to get revenge, the end.

EDIT: Actually I'm pretty sure that on page 2 she's taking a picture of them making out on his phone (without him realizing) so that his girlfriend will find it later.
