Takes place after Anagura no Onna-tachi (it occasionally refers to "that thing that happened before when a bunch of Aragami turned up that were more interested in fucking than eating.")

Basically, since the God Eaters are minor celebrities among the people who live outside, Fenrir HQ hits on the bright idea of having reporters come in and shadow them for good PR. Alisa naturally gets some middleaged perv assigned to her.

Chapter 1: The girls are out patrolling. Things seem quiet, so the people invite the GEs to come have a bath, take a load off, etc. An attack happens while Alisa is in the bath, which triggers one of her episodes. While everybody's freaking out and running for shelter, one of the civilians happens to come across Alisa and loses his shit over how somebody like her gets to live inside of HQ while people lie him are stuck outside. He rapes her; the reporter sees the whole thing through the window and, upstanding Japanese citizen that he is, decides that exposing "the true face of the God Eater girls" is the perfect scoop to make him famous.

Chapter 2: Out on patrol, the girls get attacked by super rape Aragami, the reporter films everything.

Chapter 3: The reporter uses the footage to blackmail Sakuya into having sex with him to protect Alisa, then turns around and screws Alisa anyway ("oh right, the doctor totally said that this was part of your therapy.")

Chapter 4: More patrolling. Gina and Kanon do what they do and run off, while Erina stays behind to guard the reporter. The reporter deliberately lures Aragami to their position so they'll attack her, then runs around recording everything. However, he ends up getting caught by Sakuya and the others while taking his footage.

Chapter 5: Naturally, the penalty for sabotaging a GE mission in order to film some rape porn is not to be instantly shot or thrown in detention, but for all the network bigwigs to come in and complain about how unreasonable it is for Fenrir to want to throw all the reporters out over something so minor. Also, the studio heads are all colossal otaku for the GE girls in the why-weren't-these-people-strangled-at-birth sense, and they're really just coming to HQ because they had an arrangement with the reporter to give them the goods. The goods have all been confiscated, so the reporter brings the group to the only women on staff who will give him the time of day, Licca and Hibari (because it's their job and they don't have a choice). Commence the blackmailing and raping.

Chapter 6: Somehow the networks' negotiations fail to win Fenrir over and a deadline is set for all the journos to be kicked out. Nobody is willing to have the reporter on patrol with them (for some odd reason), so he finally says that he'll go out alone and take responsibility for his own safety. Fenrir has its misgivings about this, too, but figures there's nothing he could possibly do. Little do they know he has some kind of super satellite rig that can bypass all the normal broadcast restrictions, so when Alisa and Sakuya are inevitably caught and raped again, he captures the entire thing, including how the girls eventually succumb to pleasure completely, and broadcasts it live to the people in the shelters.

He's congratulating himself on finally achieving victory, but it turns out that Fenrir managed to cut the feed partway through; all anybody saw was the first part, before the girls' "true face" came through. As a result, the civilians are even more in awe of how much the GEs are willing to risk for the people's safety, so against all odds it's a PR win for Fenrir. The reporter, on the other hand, is blacklisted, his career basically destroyed.

Also there's an epilogue about how Alisa and Sakuya have started sneaking off for orgies with some civilian guys, although it adds that only the real thing can possibly satisfy that craving for monster cock.
