You can use stuff like Bulk Rename Utility to prepend filenames with leading zeroes (depending on how you decide to pad, up to 3 for genericfilename and 4 for index_originalfilename; the latter is recommended to keep the filename as is, and you won't need more than that since the limit is 2000) so that it won't happen to you again in the future and you'll save a lot of time.
