Non nudity in the game isn't the problem its not having Hentai anime sequels of these characters that is.
Pink Pineapple studio is arguably the best Hentai production out there problem is they don't give us more these characters

Is there a website with script translations for this and other Erectlip games?
Only a few got Pink Pineapple ovas and most ended halfway through.

Especially since this is a crossover with 3-4 other games and then you have the trio of games with Shin as well. (Furyou got a translation by saikeyntr at least.)
