I was actually searching for it, it you take the [老板] in the title its usually the cosplayer name. With a quick research on google it seems to be chinese and translate to Boss. After you do a search with Boss Cosplay Kashima which is the name of this cosplay and it might point you in the right direction for more pics Just the "Boss" name makes it hard to find.

If you read the previous discussions, the free pictures will eventually have watermarks on all the pictures which also means they will be re-encodes and not original RIP quality. To avoid the watermarks, you have to "donate" to become a premium member.

As someone that has bought things before in Japan and then scanned and uploaded things for people to freely use (those doujins I didn't even get ehentai credits for since I did that before ehentai existed), sites that sell the efforts of fans makes me both sad and mad. But sites that also censor any mention of another site that has things makes me madder since that site is censoring knowledge as well.
