My First thought without knowing the plot and following just the pictures I thought it was the 'sister' like character in the first 2 chapters. It seems like their's a page missing with the guy who gave him the pill. If you click on the button under the picture of the cover and look at previews, we see the 'friend' giving him the pill. Small detail, but definitely changes a lot of perspective there knowing there's another character in it.

My big problem with this series is that the cover and first chapter tease us with an appearance for the main character that is pretty much non-existant. After the first chapter, that wonderful 'short haired' beauty is turned into a loli. Nothing against loli's, but I really like short haired TGs like that and it was a shame to see it pretty much be pointless to have 'her' on the cover.

I'm surprised no one has translated it since it'd be easy to do, and it's a fairly enjoyable series. I feel sorry for everyone who is missing out. Learn from this - learn Japanese because of how unreliable we are when it comes to translating better material. (Btw she's not a loli, she is just petitie.)
