This person must really like current animes (or at least some characters). We got Soifon in the first story, and Ichigo in page 19.

And a cameo appearance from Annie Leonhart on 21 and FemShrodinger from hellsing in the final story, thus far. It's an interesting mix up for sure I guess.

Author's especially fine writer, so if you're interested, I recommend you to pay a visit to website with his main SFW Cagegirl webcomic. After all, he started doing Side stories in order to draw more attention to it. http://cagegirl.thecomicseries.com/comics/first/
And if you're reading it carefuly, you can find here references not only to anime, movies or TV series, but also real life persons, like Angela Merkel. At least I think it's pretty evident one character is modelled exactly after her.
