First of all, am I stupid or the girl was a guy, he became a girl, the other guy KNOWS he was a guy, so he calls her Takao, or she just gave him that name and he just didn't care or he made up a reason?

Well, the problem is, in reality, you can't really do that even if you become a girl. How sad. IF that happened, you wouldn't be able to keep your citizenship and stuff without getting experimented on like a lab rat. How sad.

Well, this guy and this girl have names which sounds exactly same in Japanese but are written in different Kanji characters. Her boyfriend obviously doesn't know about a boy's soul is in his girlfriend's body. She tried to confess but her boyfriend simply doesn't really believe and cares about it.
