Also, I sense there is a story here, but I really need some backstory, why is protagonist not worried about the body mods? She seems to be intelligent enough to read spellwords, surely she could get the drastic implications of actually USING her new found penis. Just some thoughts Writer, thank you!

Having a penis and using a penis are two very different things, though. I had mine for approximately twelve years before I found a use for it other than urination, and sixteen before I let someone else 'use' it. I still didn't use it for nature's intended purpose until I was eighteen, and even then I used protection. She's probably not worried because she's not planning to use it for more than masturbation.
