So, apparently this is based on a game called [女囚システム] (Female prisoner system).

The description is roughly as follows (I have yet to read it, so I can't give a summary yet):
Princess Fiona of the Lionel Kingdom and Princess Lamentia of the Tarimia Kingdom, with the leadership of a knight of the Lionel Kingdom Erias, were battling against the invading country of Reguna. Obviously the princesses get captured and the expected happens. Oh, and it's an NTR story, so if you're into that, here you go.

If I ever get round to reading it, I'll post a summary, no promises though.

Based on a war strategy H-game called "Makenshi Leane" or "Leane of the Evil Blade." The characters are Princess Fiona and Princess Lamentia and it seems to be based on an event in the game where Fiona gets raped and impregnated by monsters.

While the game is technically an NTR game, its actually REALLY hard to get NTR. I remember spending so much time letting the enemy capture Leane and I leave her with them for in-game months and they still won't fuck her.
