Hello soultern,
there is no need for expunging a gallery to reorder the pages; you can go to your Gallery Manager & click [Reorder] on the right side of the gallery, you'll then need to clone & unlock the gallery to rearrange the pages..

That is great, thank you so much much for the help. I also would to ask another thing; how do i set the language to english when i post it? Although i specifically put it in Western, when a publish it, it appears in japanese and the same is happening with all the galleries that I'm uploading.
