This is taking the Decensored gallery, /g/664875/89fdffbc0a/ and renaming all the disordered pages according to their printed page numbers, then adding three missing pages from the censored gallery, /g/631128/c1290bff40/ I have also reversed the order of pages 4 and 5, because that looks more likely than their previous order. The original file numbers are at the end of the filenames of the ones with two numbers. They were in brackets, but that seems to have be removed by the management system.

This gallery remains incomplete because the following pages appear to be missing: 51-74, 123-146, 195-218. I say "appear to be missing" because there are curious gaps in the ToC (pages 240-245) right where those pages are.
