Though it's remarkable to find that cis's production is well received, I'm afraid I have to notify the uploader that Nyasama has clearly declared as a rule, that any repost to ex/e-hentai is strictly PROHIBITED.
Please take the rules seriously. Once Nyasama was forced to delete several productions because the author had found his manga translated on ex.
We don't want to see that happen any more. So please never repost again. Thank you.

Like Miles said, this cannot be expunged for the reason given. If the artists works are not on the do not post list already then and if the copyright holder (artist or someone they gave the rights to) wants it removed then they need to file a takedown request using the information under the Terms of Service link providing all the requested information. If it is simply the translation group who want it removing, then nothing will be done as they likely do not own it.

@mArK890, It isn't a rule, so you are not in a position to tell people 'you can keep this gallery this time' as though you could tell them otherwise.

Fair enough, just try not to claim things are rules when they aren't. Sites unrelated to E-hentai (Nyasama in this case) cannot set any rules for this or any other site. You do however as the translation group have priority over everyone except the artist and the writer, so you could upload it yourselves with maybe a link in the comments back to your site.

Hahaha, I should have said it more friendlily, and I have to say you are right. Translation group doesn't hold the copyright, as is shown on our staff page(p2).
But I want to stress something. Firstly, it could cause potential problems to Nyasama to repost its production, which unfortunately occured before. Secondly, the rules are for all visitors to Nyasama, so shall be obeyed (repost prohibited, in this case).
Besides, It's true that I'm not in a position to make people keep or expurge their gallery, but I'm in a position to protect my loving forum, am I not? :)
I just hope this sort of thing won't happen again. If any offence, please accept my apology.
