It's likely to be taken down since WANI stuff is banned and they own the book.

As for licensing, Fakku is more likely to release books that contain chapters from the magazines they work on (Kairakuten, X-Eros, Shitsurakuten), and Tomohiro Kai isn't in them (Kairakuten BEAST, Kairakuten XTC).
They just released saitom's book (all chapters from Kairakuten BEAST) so it might happen, but the chances are lower.

Also, I wonder if Fakku not translating Kairakuten BEAST might be why they're not taken down as quickly lately.
