I know that this is just a doujin but Orcs capturing Itami and Yao and blackmailing Rory, Lelei and Tuka for sex would never happen in canon for various reasons:

* The orcs are just weak cannon fodder that got easily killed when they invaded Earth and tried to reclaim the Gate with the Empire since the JSDF have Modern weaponry like guns and bombs.
* Itami is a Special Forces Ranger and despite his behavior, is actually smart and would have never been captured in the first place and would killed the Orcs before they got the chance.
* Rory is a freaking demi-goddess. She would have kill all of those Orcs without question fast and would not be blackmailed by such foul souls since her Patron God hates Rapists like Orcs.
* Even if they did captured Itami, he would survive even if the Orcs tried to kill him since by this time Yao joined them in the story, Rory made a contract with Itami which gave some of her regeneration powers to him.

A better scenario would have been the JSDF become much more evil than canon with them capturing Italica for themselves and forcing the Rose Knights to be sex slaves.
