The translation didn't make any sense, didn't fit in the textboxes so I improvised a bit. Criticisms welcome and if someone has a better text I'd love to do it instead. Still looking for translations for : Act 6 : /g/899689/96ada5a735/
Most importantly, use a font that isn't ass. Wild Words is the golden standard, and it's a free download. There is literally no excuse to not use it or a similar font family.
If your translator isn't a native English speaker, then edit the dialogue so that it makes sense but doesn't lose its original meaning. Either that, or stop doing scanlations until you can find a decent translator or dialogue editor.
Learn to typeset properly in general. There are a lot of lines that are awkwardly broken up or set off of the edges of text bubbles. Don't be afraid to break up words with a dash or decrease the font size slightly to fix this where needed.
Here is a good set of tutorials on typesetting: http://prettyanonymo.us/index.php/scanlation-resources/anonblacks-typesetting-guide/
They're easy to follow, and don't use much technical terminology unless it's needed. They also have recommendations on fonts to use and when/where to use specific fonts for maximum effect. Start with the very basics, even if you think you don't need it.
That line wasn't even in the so call translation pastebin you linked In fact most of the lines aren't even from the translation Why bother linking us the "translation" if you're gonna just make up the lines
I didn't know these existed before and trying to get a handle on exactly which ones have and have not been translated already is a little difficult. If you'd like my help with translation, fonts, etc. you can contact me on the forum. Otherwise I might just end up doing some of these on my own.
