Most of the size community doesn't make a HUGE distinction between giantess and miniguy, and giantess is a more recognizable and widely used search term for "all-purpose" searching
Its a result of this site's tagging system being shit overall, and not having enough tags or distinctions for the million and one subfetishes in this site. Its better to keep the giantess tag for more people who are clearly looking for this sort of content in said tag to find it
