I thought the cover was a metaphor for extreme femdom, and it turns out it's both that AND a tiny-guy story.

I feel like I need some context here. Mainly why the mom's reaction is "use the tiny man as a dildo" and not "Why the fuck is there a tiny man here!?" That said, the cover gave me an Attack on Titan flashback, so bonus points for that. Personally, I could've gone for more focus on the unbirth section, but that's just me.
