This has been translated before, so it's nothing really new.
I mean, chapter 1 and 2 is already done and translated for "Sister Breeder".
The rest, however, has not been translated.
Some have commented, however, that they're happy chapter 3 and up haven't been translated, cause it goes into NTR and possibly a less than happy ending.

@dragon-ble : I never said it had a NTR ending. I said someone else said it in their comments in one of the other "Sister Breeder" galleries.
