Aoba was abused by Ooyodo Kai. It wasn't explicitly shown in the story but subtly hinted at in various pages of the work, showing Ooyodo Kai's tyrannic nature.

In p.23, when Aoba hesitated to take photo of Ooyodo's suffering, Ooyodo Kai immediately threatened to dismantle her.
In p.24, when Ooyodo asked Aoba how everything was going in the base, Aoba answered "the tyranny of the new mission advisor (Ooyodo Kai) was spreading" (roughly translated from the original; English translation is somewhat inaccurate).

That's how we come to p.25, where Aoba wearing bandage (and revealing an eye-patch in the last page), saying "I missed the time when you (Ooyodo) were in charge".
That's also why Ooyodo decided to "finish" Ooyodo Kai (by making her a human condom :-/), to free the base from Ooyodo Kai's tyranny.

This doujinshi actually has a good plot line and character portrayal hidden in all those crazy fetishes, laid in a subtle way without lowering the "fappability" of the material.
For those who are curious, this doujinshi has a prequel "Toraware no Chuukanseiki ni Sasagu Banka" (Elegy of the imprisoned Midway Hime), showing Ooyodo's bidding (note: not a pretty sight).
