While I can't provide a synopsis of the doujin I can provide some insight on some things. The female on the ground is Bakugou (depicated as male in the manga), with the ability to generate flames. The opponent he is Shishikura Seiji from a different school and they're currently in the middle of the examination to get hero licenses. Seiji's quirk (ability) is known as processed meat, in which he is capable of manipulating flesh. In the manga he can separate his own and encase others in it allowing him manipulate their flesh, typically kneading them into a round shape. If you can see human features on one of those things he is holding, that is an actual person that has been kneaded up.

Seiji has not depicted any ability to generate electricity at all within the manga although it could be possible in the doujin, or simply a visual to depict his usage of his ability. Bakugou is a teenager as well, so for 'her' to have a child in this setting would be most absurd.

Just to add onto the previous comments, I'm pretty sure the first lump he stuffed up femBakugou is Bakugou's best bro Kirishima. The second one that he's threatening her with is a lumpified Kaminari (hence the electricity) who is also considered part of Bakugou's gang.
