First off, lemme make it clear in case people didn't understand, this is a collection of short stories. Mitsunara prefers if we consider them all as part of one story, that's why the connection between them is a bit murky.

Second, in relation to the story that goes from 25-28, it's implied that the Marisa talking there isn't Marisa but a doll that Alice created (we don't know Marisa passed away and she transferred Marisa's soul to the doll or if it's simply a sentient doll she pretended to be Marisa). The reason why Alice seems to be sadder the more time she spends with "Marisa" is quite probably not the real one but simply a replacement, a doll she created to fill in the gap the real Marisa left.

I don't think that Mitsunara is the god of MariAli, i think there are multiple gods of MariAli, such as Mitsunara proper, Ichinose, Personal Color, Tsuno no Hito, etc.
And this doujin is another one that warrants the artist belonging to this rank of gods. Thanks for the translation!

Anyway, it seems that not a single Ne Kuro (Shirahama/Kitsune no Yome) doujin has been uploaded ever. It's such a pity, since this guy draws nice short stories/illustrations of MariAli and YukaReimu, e.g. a story titled "Alice's birthday" and another named "Marisa's birthday".
