The one starting on page 36 is pretty creative though! It's actually (well probably) based on a real porn video I've seen, of course it wasn't as extreme. There was no weight or nails on the floor and she was reaching for stands to rest her hands on. And they were actually in range, something this knife isn't... Though it took quite a while of stuggle and you could see panic growing in the girl's face.
