I like the concept of a all-female aliens race that will turn others non-Martian beings into female Martians by just seeing what it's like. And what make this more interesting that the Martians are completely unaware of this unique ability as the Martians that was human are completely oblivious that they're humans that have been transformed into female Martians as they unintendedly spread themselves as they unawaredly invade Earth.
We need more concept of aliens invading Earth but with the aliens themselves are completely unaware that they are even invading or turning all of humanity into female Martians.

I read a short story on this back in high school when I studied Sci-Fi/Fantasy. The whole family turned into martians then forgot they used to be people.
