I enjoy the story for what it is, and the art could always be worse. However, I sincerely recommend looking into books like Figure Drawing Design and Invention and the Vilppu videos for figure construction and facial construction, head drawing, etc. Learning the rules, how things are built, is always better before stylization.

Considering Bonta's newly discovered fondness for crossdressing guys, you could write it as a sidestory to this one like say one of the girls at the brothel is thinking of quiting and Bastian sets the two of them up.
