Actually 四暗刻 or 大三元 聴牌、待ち：白牌・六萬 so assuming they are playing by combined single yakuman (天鳳) rules, she could have gone 子：16000/32000 (=64000) tsumo (double yakuman as both yakuman apply here) or 32000 ron if 白牌 (四暗刻 does not apply for ron as the last tile would open the fourth 刻子, which is 暗刻 by tsumo only here, and make it 明刻 in either case, which lowers the 四暗刻 to 三暗刻 - so she can only ron on 白牌 for non-kazoe yakuman)
