I'm not into Giantess stuff, but I think more porn based on existing properties trying to replicate the feel of the source material, just for novelty's sake. This actually manages to evoke the feel of a Futurama episode pretty well, and for that I think it's worth looking at. Plus for actual Giantess fans this is probably pretty decent side material.
