At the very least we have something, so thank you for that. If anyone is willing to go the extra mile, assuming that no one has better scans, is to do some photoshop on the images. Okay scratch that alot of photoshop. The easy parts would be to align the pages, remove shadow crease and everything that's not the page itself. The harder and more tedious part would be the cleanup. Darkening black spots, whiten the whites and other things to make the paper not look like paper. If you know of any methods to speed up that process you'll be able to cut a good few hours.

Translation wise since there isn't any transparent text so typesetting wouldn't be too much of a problem.

As for this scan, it seems like getting scans of this doujin was much more difficult? I think this is one of the few times I've seen photos as scans.
