This is missing the first chapter so I'm gonna explain the plot.

The boy (Takeru) obtains a machine ("delusion recorder") that lets him go inside and record people's delusions. When he uses it on Nana, be goes into a world of monsters.

Wait, so the kid uses a device that lets him do things wtih delusions, and he travels to a place of gothic horror monsters, and in that place he watches a human get turned into a horrifying monster?

...is this, like, a lost storyboard idea for Shadows Over Innistrad, or...?
