Artist is ANO Shimizu (ANO清水). Currently untaggable, but behind the iconic, manga style sign of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson held up in a late '90s WWF match.

While its impact has faded from history, authentic manga style artwork was a rarity in the United States during those ancient times. It left an impression on those who saw and recognized it for its anomalous craftsmanship. Now identified, the out of place artifact and its creator deserve their place in history.
