I remember reading several version of this story. One of which where the main male learns learns that the women he was with were sleeping with others, another version where the mother did everything she could to gather evidence to get the assholes locked up, and another where the woman (who for whatever reasons hated big titty chicks) spoke with the main male in the end and was giving him a porn tape that contained his women getting raped and drugged.

However this read (and yes I did read it) had to be one of the most intense stories I have read, and while I feel bad for the main male (seeing as his woman is now addicted to another man's cock) this is how the hentai world works in the NTR scale.
