Most likely same design & name but different backstory (a.k.a. authors fav design)
1st Kumiko was in Milk Milk tankoubon (explicitly widow, her husband was lost in the sea). End up disappearing/dying in a storm along with her husband's friend (who have been ganging her).
2nd was in Milk Mother, have a son. Pretty much self-explanatory.
3rd one was in Shikatte! Futago Shimai! Now is a mother of non-identical twin daughters. Also easy to guess.
The colored onsen story one was probably her too, but no idea.
Then the Gogo Taikutsu series Kumiko was probably the same person (she did mention her husband was always too busy)
