@anonaxe it's a somewhat recent trope for lack of a better term. It's visual shorthand for corruption, enslavement, and occasionally impregnation, or some combination thereof. There's no consistent name for it- EH simply calls it crotch tattoo while pixiv tags it as sexual demon tattoo. I've seen it referred to as lust crest in individual works- I prefer that particular name.
