Yes, this is added just for completion sake. They made a whole suite of hideous guides around this time period. If anyone has better Fighting game guides with actual artwork please upload them.

Apparently Brady Games merged with Prima Games some time back, though everything being online these days means print guides like this one are pretty much obsolete.
