And there was me thinking that the censorship in Greaseberries 3 couldn't get much worse. It's pretty much full censorship now, and much worse than when he started doing these books. Is Shirow signed to the most risk averse publisher in Japan or something?

Definite potential in here, but the excessive censorship killed the effect of the art for me in a lot of scenes. It may just be my imagination, but the censorship this time seems worse than in previous Greaseberry books.

@ifr22k Like I said above, I don't think you are imagining things; the censorship has been getting subtly worse in each successive book. It's now got so bad that it significantly hurts the artwork, and it's putting me off buying any future books. Like I commented in another gallery, I know that censorship is mandated by Japanese law, but how come some artists, such as Satoshi Urushihara, can get away with small translucent bars so you can still pretty much see everything, while Shirow's work is completely obliterated at the merest hint of genitals or penetration?

Oh how the mighty hath fallen. This really holds no candle to his earlier work, porn or otherwise. Very little detail. He drew the girls and seems to have edited in the scene around them.
