So what was your method for colouring? Looks like you coloured by pen in some sections.

For reference I usually use selection and fill for base colouring. Free select/Lasso for more complex and detail stuff and for less detailed areas i'll use fuzzy select and increase the selection area by one pixel just to ensure its on the lines before filling.
