you know, when I watchedthe anime it never really occured to me, but now when I see this (spoilers): they do communicate on their Smartphones which do have a calendar and show the current date. How did it never occure to them that they may not live at teh same time, when they would see such a diferent date?

I always found it kind of sad they forgot all about their experiences and didn't meet up till chance as adults with a vague sense of "do i know you?"

I had always felt like the movie was meant to be a TV series. The montages seemed to cover so much development that normally would have been on screen, and they just felt out of place with the rest of the story. Nice to see some of that development here, thanks! Anyway... Any chance for a torrent?
