For millennia the world lived in peace. Then one day the Elves of Eind discovered something thought to be only a myth: Magic. With the ability to cast devastating spells they quickly conquered all their neighboring kingdoms and established their own empire. As collateral, they demanded the ruling families of each kingdom send them a young family member as a hostage. These hostages live in the capital city for five years, and are subject to any whim of the elite Eindand command.

The Empire of Eind is loosely based on the Roman Empire, and as such has slaves and a blood sport colosseum. Elves consider themselves the true rulers of the world as they are the only race that can use magic. Their power is unearned through hard work or true military might, so their society is hedonistic and cruel. They take what they want, and think if they were not meant to have it someone would be able to stop them. They see their subjugation of the other kingdoms as the “natural order”.

Because they have conquered so many distant and diverse lands, the slaves and hostages held in the capital are a wide variety of fantasy races, from Dwarves to Drow, Fauns to Nymphs.

I'm enjoying it so far. When I started looking at it, I thought it was laughable, just another 'my first drawings' by yet another 16y/o the likes of you can find by the bucketload in any art classroom, but it is the story that is actually interesting and kept me interested.
I must confess, I expected the elf mistress to have 4+ bunny girls. When you think bunny warrens, 'lonely' and 'just one' is not what comes to mind, so I honestly thought a magical signal of some type (maybe the stone would start glowing?) would turn on when Lulu became pregnant, then her mistress would send her away and call for the next bunny girl.

As a side note, 'eugenics' got an incredibly bad reputation because of the nazis, but in a very real scientific way, it isn't uncommon at all. We bred wolves into dogs, aurochs into cows, and so on. Right now in Russia, there's a fox fur farm where the farmer got tired of getting bitten all the time by the foxes, so he started breeding them, choosing to do so by allowing only the friendliest ones to breed, and now we ended up with super friendly foxes that even wag their tail as if they were dogs. I think there's a very interesting book on it called 'How to breed a dog out of a fox" or something like that... anyway, here's a youtube link.

So honestly... I kind of wish good luck to the elf lady. I just wish she had gone with better criteria than just "a prince".
I would have liked "must be this smart" or some other specific, desirable trait.
