Yeah, I did forget to change it on chapter 1. It's actually Maejima. Rules for kanji reading are very specific yet very broad in many cases. That plus the fact japanese in general love to use puns, word play, etc only brings up even more confusion for foreigners.
I'll correct it when I finish chapter 4 and will upload the modified pages with it. Thanks for bringing that up!

Yeah that's the idea. I'll be focusing on 1 volume works, at least for the time being.

I'm considering my options for the next thing I'm gonna translate, It'll probably be something a couple years old though, none of his latest works.

Wow ! Birdy Body Go is heavily censored. A lot of his old works were censored like that. I think it's the major reason a lot of people didn't like his manga. Anyway, I can't wait your next translation !

@Anatoh Yeah, It's been a frustration of mine also, and part of the reason why I began translating this particular work of his.

Hopefully by doing that and making his work readable it'll generate enough interest so that other people start translating more of his work.

Edit: Yeah, censorship on his old work is pretty brutal. Probably the main reason for why almost nothing gets translated.

Now that you mention it, yeah, I completely missed that inscription on the guys' jacket. If the author says it's Maeshima, then it must be it, which goes against what I've learnt but hey! That's Japanese names for you, a whole different world of rules.
