The whole story reads like some cheap-ass eroge plot where the husband is an NPC, whose sole purpose is to create situations that will help the player to cuck him while speaking his asinine lines to show how unbelievably clueless he is, in the meanwhile the NTR guy is like a player character who uses a cheat to max out all of his stats like fit body, money, dick size, sexual prowess and the special ability of changing wives into sluts. Last but not least, Fuetakishi's art seems to have gotten worse, apparently he doesn't care about the quality as much as he used to since his works sell anyway.

Actually, this was not really the first time his art has gotten worse. You can see the quality of his work has gone downhill from time to time(you can compare it to his previous works) and this is his worst yet. I dont know if he just didnt care or this was easier for him. I just wish he stop this trend of his.

It's always like that though. The husband/boyfriend is an NPC, who doesn't really respond, he's just there as a prop. It's why so many NTR works are ultimately boring, even when they do have good art. And as you pointed out, this one's is getting worse.

Oh god, it's the Attack on titan sequel title sin all over again. So this is the 2nd part of the 3rd part of the continuation of the Ana Zuma series. So unnecessarily confusing. Why not either start a new title completely when this story is about a different wife OR just continue it by naming it part 4?

It's not always like that, maybe most of the time but not always. There are still plenty of NTR works where husbands/boyfriends play a more active role compared to this one. And about being boring, repetitive vanilla plots are as much as boring as most NTR plots.
