Edit: The uploader is also trying to be smartass by only editing the title page raw of each chapter for the tankoubon raw so that he can say that he used the tankoubon raw for everything. So everything else is using the magazine release minus the title page chapters.

My 2 cents:
Personally, I don't think it is a big deal when someone takes magazine scans and compiles everything together into a tank format for the convenience of readers. This has been done numerous times in the past. I think the real problem is when proper credit for the translated chapters is not given. If any of the translated chapters include a credit page, then it must be included with the compilation because the credit page should be considered as part of the translated work. Omitting it would be like downloading a computer program from the internet and then redistributing it without all of the files which originally came with the program.

A proper credit page by the tank compiler should also be present, which lists all the chapter translators as well as any notes regarding the compilation. Putting that information into a comment isn't enough because you have to remember that this compilation will be picked up and distributed around by other people.

I've seen decensorers give credit to the original translators (which is great), but the translator's credit page should be included too, if there was one present.

I see this kind of problem often with computer programs, where part of the code in a program was made by someone else but there was never any credit given.
Often, the programmers are just too stupid & lazy to give credit where credit is due. It also isn't surprising to come across a lot of assholes who try to claim credit for all of the work.
