You have to download the new torrent the site creates, open it, point it to where you saved the zip file and start seeding that.

but hrs have passed and my bitcomet hasn't downloaded a byte.all the people in the "connection" page are 0.0%,which means the bitcomet didn't meet anyone that has downloaded

i gave up.
i downloaded from telegram and then make seed.
this time their rates of progress aren't 0 now.really interesting experience.
