Personal translation of N2 Bomb!

Very good stuff. A Doujin based off of Evangelion, an anime. It's usually fun to see these characters in naughty situations, even though I personally didn't like the anime too much. I'm not big on Mecha animes, but whenever someone says they are into Mecha, I suggest Eva to them. :)

Good translation, but the leveling killed off nearly all the lighter midtones... Next time, my advice is to use a higher white point and a lower gamma. If you've got the same raw as me, values of 25/1.0/251 (black/gamma/white) yield good results.

Yeah, sorry about that... for some reason, GIMP crashes on me whenever I try leveling (it's weird, it's the only function that doesn't work), so I have to level using Picasa... which means that I have to eyeball the image until the shades are what I want. I've already tried re-downloading GIMP multiple times but still have the same problem, so I'm chalking it up to a quirk in my computer.

Years late, but according to his Japanese Wikipedia page, Yoshiyuki Sadamoto is YS11. I also found an old Mandarake auction for a poster of the first picture of Asuka from this that also listed him as being the artist. Personally, based on the images alone, I'm not so sure.

The pictures do look close to some examples of his style, but I'm not convinced the style's identical, especially the Misato pic. Also, the YS11 signature looks similar to how Sadamoto signs his works except that if you compare them you see that it's more angular than how he usually signs it. That doesn't mean it's not him, but to me it suggests that it could be someone else imitating his style and signature. Of course, maybe that's what he wanted people to think. AFAIK, while it's not unheard of, it's quite unusual for artists to publicly release lewd pictures of characters from moneymaker franchises that they are lead artist/character designer on.
