@canon3e, I just booted up UMVC3 and checked out the in-game artbook. It's not tinted.

Anyway, I would say your upload is vastly superior to mine since it's higher res and details are easier to see.

It looks like this wasn't properly converted from CYMK (what TIFs or print-ready images usually are) to RGB (most images on the internet).
