All of the Dulce Report galleries were individual, so I aggregated them into one gallery. This gallery contains Dulce Report 1 through 10, and 12 through 14. I could not find 11, if anyone has it please let me know and I will add it.

All of the galleries are decensored except 13. If anyone has a decensored Chapter 13, please let me know and I will replace it.

All credit to dulce-q for authoring Dulce Report, and SaHa and mood44 for the translations/decensoring/uploads.

No, I'm gonna step in here and bring with me receipts: Pipino's right and BlueMoonCircle's letting their ego get away from them in snapping back, the decensors are objectively inferior.

Here, take the example of volume 3, page 05:

In all cases, BlueMoonCircle pulled from INFERIOR RAWS with significantly worse artificing and untrimmed scan edges (1065 x 1500 vs 2132 x 3044, 1200 x 1748 vs 1384 x 2016), and in MANY CASES pulled from both inferior scripts and inferior typesets too (including straight up obvious spellcheck misses, like that example page's "leave me *ALONG*, mom!!"). I made the exact same call as pipino years ago myself; their decensor's straight up the worse version to read, and particularly so given the sources had very light censoring in the first place. The quality trade-off's just not a good deal; I imagine they were probably (?) the better version back in 2013 when they were first posted, but not anymore.

All of that's more or less redundant here though... because compilations STILL aren't allowed on this site, no matter how convenient they might be. I'm pretty sure pipino's comment was regarding the style itself, which is debatable, but your comment is purely technical and valid, it's a shame inferior gallery was used as a source for de-censoring.

On a side note, I think I would've never read through all of these if not for this collection, gotta grab it before it's expunged, sigh.
