I realise this is all just fantasy and I'm raining on people's bonfires here, but this work falls foul of something which happens quite often in works like these and has always bothered me. That is, if a futanari girl (with both penis and vagina) actually existed, then her prostate would be "accessed", as it were, through her vagina, not through her anus as it would be for someone without a vagina. The reason being is that the prostate is attached directly to the urethra, and the urethra runs in front of the vagina, and so couldn't be reached from the anus.
